Dear readers,
I wish you a happy and healthy New Year.
As followers of Jesus we live in two distinct temporal realms. In the liturgical year, it’s the twelve days of Christmas, and we continue celebrating the birth anniversary of our Lord Jesus. In the broader world, a New Year has begun, and it is time for new resolutions.
New Year, New You
New Year’s resolutions reflect people’s thoughts on what’s most important in life. Many people use the phrase New Year, New You to express their hopes for themselves.
I share verses from the Bible and summarize research findings about New Year’s resolutions. This will help us set effective goals for maintaining positive habits for the long term. As always, I close with a heartfelt and special blessing.
