Summer has come to a pleasing close, and I’m continuing our series on positive psychology, gratitude, and its effects on wellbeing.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8.
Philippians 4:8 is a guiding principle for many of us. But what does it really mean to think about such things? Today, I talk “about such things,” the promises of positive thinking, and the dangers of toxic positivity.
